Warranty Coverage
Craftsmanship Warranty
Solid Craft Construction LLC provides a two (2) year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in workmanship performed under this agreement.
Manufacturer Warranty
Materials and products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. We assist with claims and help secure replacement materials when applicable.
Labor & Replacement Costs
Labor required to remove, reinstall, or address manufacturer‑covered material failures may be billed separately.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations by others
- Normal wear and tear
- Environmental or structural conditions (moisture, settling, weather, etc.)
- Pre‑existing plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
- Work performed by subcontractors not hired by
Terms & Conditions
📄Proposal Validity
Pricing and terms are valid for 30 days from the date the proposal is issued. After 30 days, Solid Craft Construction LLC may revise pricing based on current market conditions and material availability.
📝Written Agreement
Once accepted and signed, this proposal becomes the full written agreement between the Customer and Solid Craft Construction LLC. Verbal discussions or promises not included in this document are not binding.
❌Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel within three (3) business days of signing. Refunds exclude credit card or bank processing fees. Cancellation must be submitted by email or mail.
